Worth weighing
4 to weigh- Check-out is early — Check-out is only between 08:00 and 10:00, which may feel rushed for a leisurely morning.
- No pets allowed — The property does not accept pets, so travellers with animals will need to look elsewhere.
- Limited breakfast options — Though reviews mention a satisfying breakfast, the property only offers a snack bar and special diet menus, not a full restaurant.
- Some noise potential — Despite soundproofed rooms, the B&B's proximity to a tram stop could mean ambient street noise for light sleepers.

Ciccio Rooms And Breakfast - Self Check-In is a well-regarded, no-fuss choice in Palermo, especially for those arriving by car or late in the evening. With high scores for rooms, service, and value, and a location near the tram and beach, it offers solid comfort at a fair price. Just plan for an early checkout and leave pets at home.
9.1A reliable, high-value pick with flexible self check-in and free parking, though early checkout and no-pet policy are trade-offs.
